Can I make changes to the programs I am tracking?
Yes. You can add and delete shows and episodes by clicking the "Add and Manage My Shows" button at the top of the page. But please remember that once a show is removed WIOpro will stop tracking it's airings.
Does WIOpro support teams or multiple members on the same account?
Currently, WIOpro does not support Team functionality. Accounts are for a single user. We also strongly advise you not to share your login information or allow others to access your WIOpro account.
How accurate are my tracked airings on WIOpro?
We have worked really hard on making sure WIOpro tracks your airings with great accuracy. There are many factors which determine airing accuracy, including: Show discrepancies, show title errors, network airing changes, network schedule changes or errors, preempted events, etc.
With that said, you can expect WIOpro to be within +-5% tracked airing accuracy.
What are Broadcast Airings and Runs?
A broadcast airing or run is an episode, program or movie that is aired at a specific time, in a given country, by a single network or affiliate network, across multiple channels, accross one or more time zones. A collection or group of broadcast airings constitute one unique airing.
What are Unique Airings and Runs?
A Unique airing or run is an episode, program or movie that is aired in a given country by a single network and/or by all of its affiliate networks across one or more time zones.
What countries are Airings and Runs tracked?
WIOpro tracks airings and runs for 55 countries worldwide. For a full list of countries please visit our home page at wiopro.com.
What happens if I close my account?
Closing your account will result in all tracking for your programs to stop.
What happens if I delete a program, episode or movie from my tracked shows?
Deleting a show you are currently tracking will remove it from your tracked programs. All tracked airings or runs will remain in our database. Although, adding the program back will not bring back the past airings. You will need to contact us to restore visibility of any previous airings. As well, if you untrack a program, any airings going forward will not be tracked until you add the program back into your tracked shows.
What is the Release Date?
This is the date the show, episode, or movie first aired on TV.
What is the Tracking Date?
This is the date you added the show, episode, or movie and tracking of airings started.
When are my TV shows tracked and updated?
All TV shows, series, episodes and movies are tracked as soon as you add them to your Tracked Shows. Airings and Runs will be gathered each night and will represent all airings from the preceding day all the way back to the day you added the show.
When is my payment charged on my credit card?
Credit card payments will be charged each month or year on the day you joined WIOpro, depending on your membership package.
Why do I see multiple shows with the same title?
Often, TV shows will exist under two or three titles that are the same. Sometimes, networks make changes to the classification of a show soon after its
release. To make sure you are tracking the correct show, make sure you read the 'Description’ of the show before adding it to your tracked programs.
Also, check that the cast and crew are correct.
Why does WIOpro need my Cable provider?
Adding your Cable provider information will help WIOpro get upcoming airings or runs of all your shows, series, episodes, and movies that are airing on your TV channel lineup.
